His professionalism and compassion upon introduction lead to much more than a sales pitch, his presentation was the beginning of a relationship in which he displayed the importance of us finding the right vehicle for us. Although, we did not purchase on the day that we met Mr. Williams, I now know that any purchase I make in the future will be through him.

I went into this not expecting much. I ended up with the best possible car buying experience. Dre was beyond exceptional from start to finish. For every issue that arose he immediately had a solution and he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I never in a million years thought I would actually end up in the exact car I wanted but he made it happen when it seemed like it wouldn't. One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I walked in with specific needs that were not easy to meet. Myron did everything he could to get me as close to what I wanted as he could. After it was all said and done I drove out in my new car Which I was told by many other dealerships couldn’t happen.

I purchased a 2014 VW Passat, Cody and Rodger were great. Our credit is not so great, and they did everything they could to get me in a car I loved with a payment I can’t afford. I am very pleased with the service here and would highly recommend them, especially those with low credit scores. Cody also did extra work and found me the best insurance rate as well. I was told about Frank Leta from my boss. I came in because I was in need of a new car. My 2001 Civic was costing me more money than it was worth. Rather frustrating really. I spoke with JP to start. I let him know what I was needing, set a price range and offered my Civic up for trade to help me out. After my divorce my credit was left in shambles so a car loan for me despite what comes of any interest rates would definitely help me on the road to credit recovery. Went in frustrated and left ecstatic! My personal salesman (Cody Tubbs) was extremely helpful, accommodating and gentle. During the process, I became irritated (no fault of Cody's) and began to walk out. Being such a great team, he grabbed a co-worker (Ryan Fambrough) and together they made me see a bigger picture than what I initially came in with. I went into Frank Leta knowing that I was not going to be able to get a vehicle with out having a form of down payment. My credit is bad because of a recent voluntary repossession. I kept hearing those damn commercials! So I just had to give them a chance.

Had the best experience with Justin, while other dealers were trying to bust my head for a car JUSTIN got me a fair deal at a GREAT PRICE. From the vehicle to the monthly payment everything was perfect. Not only did he get me a great deal but he explained the benefits of putting cash down and building equity, and the financing process very well. he was very informative. going places for sure!
